Gear to Start
Below is a list of gear that you'll need. All of this is reviewed at each sessions' Reg and Roll meeting. If you have any questions, email Coach K.
Swimming - Suit, cap, goggles, Fins, 2 old tennis balls. Optional - pull buoy, kickboard. Eventually - paddles.
Biking - Bike or tri shorts, bike shoes, helmet, sport style Sunglasses, Indoor trainer recommended, bike, supplies to change a tire, water bottle.
Running - GOOD running shoes for your foot and build.
Other - Heart rate monitor with strap, Sport watch that is water resistant w a 25-50 lap feature. Yoga mat,old tennis ball, yoga strap 6' or 8', 2 yoga blocks 6 x 4 x 9.
