 Coach K has been cooking deliciously and nutritiously since 1985! A former personal chef, she has taught cooking classes for years, introducing others to the truth that nutritious food does taste fantastic.  EATT is designed specifically for the endurance athlete – be it triathlete, cyclist, swimmer or runner.  Come hungry! EATT will help you  make a real and dynamic shift in your everyday diet that will provide noticeable results.

The focus will be on how to adopt a whole foods plant based nutrition plan.  It would be a great idea for those that sign up to watch the movie Forks over Knives prior to the first Tuesday feast!
